We take pride in our products and would like to help resolve any issues that you may have with a Ventra product.
To notify us of an issue you are experiencing with a product, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite things, please include your order number in the subject line of the email, if applicable.
Many issues can be solved with added product education, replacement parts, or other customer support. If product support isn't able to address the problem, merchandise may be returned or exchanged as follows:
- Any merchandise in new, unused condition, with original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- If you wish to make a return, email us at email@example.com and include the order number in the subject of the email. In the body of the email, please be as specific as possible in describing the reason for returning the merchandise.
- If your merchandise is eligible for return, Ventra will generate a return shipping label and email it to you. Print and use this shipping label to return the merchandise. Merchandise independently shipped back to Ventra not using an issued return label will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once the returned merchandise is received, Ventra will refund the cost of your purchase within 7-10 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, this includes the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost. Ventra offers customers free shipping on certain items, however this shipping cost paid by Ventra for the original purchase will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
- Products received and found to be in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- If you need to exchange a product for another product, you may purchase the replacement product at any time then follow the return procedure listed above to receive a refund for your original purchase.
